Skyline donation: 10,000 euros for “Lippe pflanzt”

As residents of Lippe, we have put down roots in Lage. Accordingly, strong environmental protection is very important to us, ensuring our home remains a livable place for future generations. Fortunately, the “Lippe Plants” project is an initiative dedicated to the consistent reforestation of our forests. And this is desperately needed. The trees in our region are suffering greatly from the effects of climate change. Water scarcity, storms, and massive pest infestations are increasingly taking their toll on the forests.

Skyline is therefore supporting “Lippe Plants” with €10,000 this year alone. Thanks to this donation, the “Grotenburg Future Forest” can continue to grow and filter harmful CO2 from the air. “As someone born in the area around Hermann,” Volker Sim emphasizes, “I am delighted that we are contributing to the successful reforestation efforts in our region.” The Skyline managing director has also been personally committed to environmental protection for more than 35 years and is a member of organizations such as the WWF and Greenpeace. “This donation is our largest single contribution to date and a clear indication of our commitment to nature in Lippe – today and in the future,” says Volker Sim.
